I trivsamma och populära Lomma finns detta havsnära kedjehus till uthyrning tills vidare (helst minst 1-2 år). Huset är 135 m2 med stort uterum och underbar trädgård med fruktträd och bärbuskar. Huset har 3 sovrum, 1 mindre arbetsrum, stort vardagsrum och kök i öppen planlösning samt tvättstuga. Ett badrum med dusch samt en gäst-WC. Gott om plats och inbyggd förvaring.

Huset ligger på en hörntomt (618 m2), med trädgården i söder- och västerläge med stort trädäck som har sol från morgon till kväll. Trädgården är insynsskyddad (så snart avenbokshäcken har slagit ut på våren!), barnvänlig och har möjlighet till odling i ett flertal pallkragar. I trädgården finns äppelträd, plommon, fikon, vindruvor, krusbär, rabarber m.m.

Huset ligger 1 km från havet, gångavstånd till vackra Alnarpsparken och med närhet till många lekplatser och grönområden. Lomma har numera tåg till Malmö (7 minuter) och ett levande centrum med restauranger, flera livsmedelsbutiker, gym, systembolag, bank, apotek m.m. Regelbunden busstrafik och bra cykelvägar till Malmö och Lund.

Kök: Öppet och ljust med gott om förvaring, utrustat med ugn, spis, diskmaskin och kyl samt en inbyggd frys i fullhöjd. Öppen planlösning mot stort socialt vardagsrum, med utgång till uterummet varifrån man når trädäcket och trädgården.

Sovrum 1: Vita väggar och en fondvägg (färgglad tapet), två inbyggda garderober.

Sovrum 2: Vita väggar kombinerat med blommig silvrig tapet, tre inbyggda garderober.

Visning på plats sker efter initialt digitalt möte. Huset kan hyras omöblerat, delvis eller fullt möblerat enligt överenskommelse (dock inte exakt de möbler som syns på bilderna).

Ingen rökning. Ev husdjur måste godkännas i förväg. Vi vill hyra ut tills vidare, minst ett år, gärna längre.

Hyran inkluderar fastighetsskatt och parkering, men är i övrigt kallhyra, dvs inga förbrukningskostnader ingår i hyran. Rörliga kostnader tillkommer för uppvärmning (fjärrvärme), hushållsel, V/A och sophämtning samt ev. bredband/TV. Hyresgästen ansvarar för att ha hemförsäkring (vi som fastighetsägare har villaförsäkring). Fiber finns i huset.

Som boende tar man hand om all trädgårdsskötsel, men vi kan vara behjälpliga någon gång per säsong om så önskas. Lugnt och tryggt område, vänliga grannar, flera barnfamiljer på gatan och nära till skolor och förskolor.

In the pleasant and popular coastal town of Lomma, this well-located terraced house is available for rent until further notice (preferably for at least 1–2 years). The house is 135 m² and features a large conservatory and a beautiful garden with fruit trees and berry bushes. The house includes three bedrooms, a smaller office, a spacious living room and kitchen in an open-plan layout, as well as a laundry room. There is one bathroom with a shower and a separate guest WC. The house offers generous space and built-in storage.

The property sits on a corner lot (618 m²), with the garden facing south and west. There is a large wooden deck that enjoys sun from morning until evening. The garden is private and sheltered (especially once the hornbeam hedge has grown in during spring), child-friendly, and offers space for gardening in several raised beds. In the garden there are apple trees, plums, figs, grapes, gooseberries, rhubarb and more.

The house is located 1 km from the sea, within walking distance of the beautiful Alnarp Park, and close to several playgrounds and green areas. Lomma has a train connection to Malmö (7 minutes) and a lively town center with restaurants, several grocery stores, gyms, Systembolaget, bank, pharmacy and more. There are also regular bus connections and good cycling paths to both Malmö and Lund.

The kitchen is bright and open with plenty of storage and is equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as a built-in full-height freezer. It is connected in an open-plan layout to a large and social living room with access to the conservatory, which leads out to the wooden deck and garden.

Bedroom 1 has white walls and one accent wall with colorful wallpaper, as well as two built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 has white walls combined with silver floral wallpaper and three built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 has white walls and a floral accent wall, as well as two built-in wardrobes.

The office is a bright walk-through room between the kitchen and one of the bedrooms with space for two comfortable workstations. It also has two double mirrored wardrobes from IKEA with fitted interiors.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer and has good storage space, as well as access to the garage.

The bathroom has white wall tiles, gray floor tiles, double sinks, a large mirrored cabinet, toilet and shower. There is also a separate guest WC with toilet and sink.

There is a garage with space for one car, as well as parking on the driveway and on the street outside the house. A large guest parking area is located next to the property.

Viewings in person will take place after an initial digital meeting. The house can be rented unfurnished, partially furnished, or fully furnished by agreement (though not with the exact furniture shown in the photos).

Pets must be approved in advance. We would like to rent out the house long-term, preferably for at least one year and ideally longer.

The rent includes property tax and parking, but is otherwise “cold rent”, meaning utilities are not included. Additional costs apply for heating (district heating), household electricity, water and sewage, garbage collection, and optional broadband/TV services. Tenants must have home insurance (the property owners have house insurance). Fiber internet is installed in the house.

Tenants are responsible for general garden maintenance, although we can assist occasionally during the season if desired. The area is quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors, several families with children on the street, and close proximity to schools and preschools.
