Abundant sunshine and light, the AquaVilla gives a feeling of the archipelago, while being in the middle of Stockholm. Ten minutes to subwaystation, 7 minutes ride to the citycenter of Stockholm. Or, if you prefer, a beautiful walk along the water, 20 minutes. The AquaVilla was built in 2003 and has the finest amenities and is in excellent upkeep.

Ground floor: Entrance via the welcoming terrace, leading into the bright foyer. Guest toilet, lovely full-service kitchen with adjoining dining area that seats up to 10 people. Fireplace, large windows in the southeast that leads out to a terrace with sun from morning to night. Ladder down in to the water, for a refreshing swim or, if there is ice - an ice-skating tour!

Upstairs: Large living room with fantastic light from large windows in all directions. Sitting area, exit to the spacious terrace.

Downstairs: Open staircase leads down to the hall. From here you reach the three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath tub and shower, laundry room with washer and dryer. Two big bedrooms with single (or double) beds (width 120 cm) and, the master bedroom is small with a double bed (width 180 cm).

The AquaVilla is moored in Pampas Marina, a Blueflag Marina, at the end of the bridge. There is a nice restaurant, K4, in the marina. The rent includes everything you need, such as electricity, hot water, shoveling snow and 4G broadband. There is residential parking for a car in the paddock area for extra cost. Let us know if you are interested in renting our boat to get out to the secluded islands in the archipelago or just ge around in the city - many restaurants in Stockholm got their own docks for boats.

Surroundings: Despite its close proximity to Stockholm City, Pampas Marina is located in a quiet and natural area, very beautiful and serene. The neighbourhood has great walking areas, schools, kids-farm and stables. In winter-time great slopes to go sledding and in the summer; tennis courts, jogging tracks, kayak rental, outdoor swimming pool, sailing school, several cafes, restaurants and more. Ten minutes walk from the Pampas Marina is the nearest supermarket, and subway station, Västra Skogen. Trains run frequently and the central station is just located four stops away (7 min).
