Utsikten över Lökebergs Kile är hänförande. Huset är 160 m2 stort och har 6 rum varav fyra sovrum, två med dubbla sängar. Stor loggia med havsutsikt. Fiberbaserat bredband 100 Mbs ingår Arbetsrum med LAN. WiFi för övriga huset.
Nyinstallerad braskamin Köket har diskmaskin och induktionsspis. Två WC och två duschar + bastu med exklusiv Abachi-panel.
Fullt utrustad tvättstuga.
Kluven ved till braskaminen finns att tillgå utan kostnad.
Smart TV finnes. En parkeringsplats i carport ingår. Hundar godkännes.

The view over Lökebergs Kile is breathtaking. The house is 160 m2 in size and has 6 rooms, of which four are bedrooms, two with double beds. Large loggia with sea view.
Fiber-based broadband 100 Mbs included Work room with LAN. WiFi for the rest of the house.
Newly installed wood stove with free split wood.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and induction cooker.
Two toilets and two showers + sauna with exclusive Abachi panel. Fully equipped laundry room.
Smart TV is available. A parking space in the carport is included.
Dogs are accepted.
Hot rent SEK 13.900/month (no additional costs except possibly charging an electric car).
Rental period September[xxxxx]. (We rent the house every year from the last week of August to the last week of May. Our family uses the house every summer, so then we cannot rent.)
