Hi! I am a 23-year-old female university student from Italy. I am moving to Gothenburg for my Erasmus exchange to study at Chalmers University. I am a calm, responsible person. I dont smoke, I dont have pets, and I am very respectful of shared spaces. I spend a lot of my time studying or attending classes, but I am also friendly and enjoy having a nice chat or a coffee with my flatmates!

What I am looking for:

Property type: A private bedroom in a shared apartment, or a private studio/student room.

Location: Good public transport connections or closensess to Chalmers and the city center.

Budget: Up to 6600 SEK per month, ideally with utilities and internet included.

Move-in/Move-out dates: approximately from 10th of january to 10th of june.

High priorities: A furnished room (bed, possibly desk, wardrobe), access to a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine in the building/apartment.

Preferences & Lifestyle: I am looking for a welcoming and peaceful environment. It is important to me that the landlord/flatmates are comfortable with me occasionally hosting a friend from Italy for a weekend (always quietly, respectfully, and with advance notice). Having a private bathroom would also be a huge plus, but it is not strictly required!
