The rent includes cable TV, broadband, and an outdoor parking space for one car. Please note that the parking space is not suitable for electric cars. Household electricity is excluded and requires its own agreement.

Bedroom 2 features a smart IKEA bed that can be used as a double bed, a single bed/sofa, or two separate beds. The room also has direct access to the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is storage furniture in every room.
