Renting an apartment located 5 minutes walk from Sollentuna centrum and Sollentuna train station. Available for rent from 24th of September ( 6 months contract and possibly to extend it). The apartment is partially furnished. It has two bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen (no balcony). One master bedroom includes one big closet and it is available for a double bed. The other bedroom is small including a single bed and small closet. The living room has big space, kitchen and bathroom are also located in a different spaces of the apartment. The apartment is perfect for 3 people as I have two room, max 4 people.

It includes all essential amenities and common areas, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a clean bathroom.
In the rent cost it is included water, warm and WiFi. Electricity bill is separate extra cost. Laundry room you can find downstairs of the apartment.
Parking is also available if needed for an extra cost. I will need a month deposit before moving when signing the contract, after that the day of moving you will need to pay the monthly rent cost in order to get the keys and follow the tenancy agreement.

The apartment won’t be full furnished and some details you will need to add as a TV, own bed, soffan…
You can reach Stockholm City centre in just 15 min train - Central station from Sollentuna station. You can also travel to Arlanda airport and the train takes just 22 min from Sollentuna station to Arlanda.
