Please note: only rented to a single person - no families or couples. Hot water and electricity are included in the rent which is calculated for only one person. This is zone 4 in Sweden where such things are expensive.

GOOD PUBLIC TRANSPORT + FREE PARKING
The perfect place to stay if you want to park your car for free and get into the city center in 15 minutes without having to look at the timetable.
- Park for free on the driveway of the house.
- Live next to a bus stop for Malmö's only express bus (number 5) that takes you to the city center in just 15 minutes. You don't have to worry about missing the bus as it runs every 7th minute with late departures even on weekdays until 01:00 in both directions. Weekends: every 20th minute, last departure 02:00. Route: along Amiralsgatan past Malmö C to "Västra hamnen". Use Google Maps - enter where you will go from "Stenkällan" to see how long it takes to get where you want to go.

THE AREA:
The best public transport in town gives you the same benefits as living in the city centre, while you can live peacefully on the outskirts near a green area (Husie Mosse). You have a large shopping centre nearby (Jägersro Centrum) and if you like to work out, the city's most affordable gym with group training (spinning, yoga etc) is just a five-minute walk from home close to Husie Mosse. When you take a jog in the green area, you will almost not meet any other people but a few retired people living here walking their dogs.

I live here alone = too big, and therefore divided the house into two apartments so that no room would feel empty or forgotten + to share the costs. The floors have been separated by building a wall with sound panels in front of the internal staircase. The ceiling in your bedroom and living room has extra insulation to reduce noise between floors. Also, I am a quiet person so you won't notice me much.
